- Adding courses to Engage Workspaces, Playlists, and Libraries allows users to promote a connected learning culture. The visibility rules of the catalog are adhered to, enabling the creation of suggested learning paths and playlists within Engage.
- Engage now offers improved handling of PDF files, which can be opened in a new tab instead of being downloaded. This enhancement greatly facilitates the exchange of information within Engage resources.
- Numeric custom fields, including decimal and integer types, have been introduced. Users can now add numeric fields to various content in Totara, such as courses, to track information like course credits or hours.
- Perform now features a multiselect competency filter for competency reports. This new function allows for the selection and filtering of competencies using a multiple-choice filter.
