This year, the Totara Awards honored us with not just one, but two wins and a Highly Commended project – and each one tells a unique story about the impact we’re creating together with our clients.
🥇 Best Extended Enterprise Solution – with BDS AG
This award celebrates our collaboration with BDS AG, the German Steel Trade Association representing a major portion of the national steel distribution sector. Together, we transformed their vocational training into a digital experience that supports not just internal stakeholders, but a broad network of member organizations – from stockholding steel traders to service centers and processing hubs.
Using Totara, we built a scalable, intuitive learning platform that empowers the entire steel distribution ecosystem with centralized, accessible training.

Totara offers us the opportunity to continue using our existing CORE smartwork tool and our employees can easily access the Totara platform. The simple and user-friendly handling of Totara enabled us to create course content very quickly and efficiently. We are currently at the beginning of the course creation process and would like to use Totara in as many areas of the company as possible and we are confident that this will also be successful.
