Christmas is coming and SuccessFactors (an SAP company) gave all of its customers a pleasant surprise with great new features in this year’s last quarterly release. Here’s an overview of thhose highlights:
Open content network: SuccessFactors Learning enables (low-cost) access to Massive Online Open Courses (MOOCs)
Action search: Enter action/system commands in the search field and jump there directly. This allows you to quickly access the function you want.
Talent analytics tiles: Analytics in HR is currently a much-discussed topic. SuccessFactors now offers preconfigured talent analytics tiles on the status of talent management processes.
New manager cockpit for the iPad: Managers now enjoy a personalized view of their organization on their treasured iPads.
New user interface for SAP Jam: It is now possible to find information even faster in the SAP and SuccessFactors social collaboration platform. The user interface has been improved altogether.
