On November 5, 2025, we had the pleasure of welcoming our Totara customers and representatives from Totara to an exclusive customer exchange event. It was an afternoon filled with inspiration, practical insights, and open discussions about the future of digital learning.

Right from the start, it became clear how valuable this gathering would be. During a short round of introductions, participants got to know each other and laid the foundation for an open, constructive exchange.
A special thank you goes to our customer MED-EL, who presented their Totara platform and inspired us with an insightful look into their project and learning ecosystem.
To showcase the versatility of Totara, two very different customer projects were presented. Coming from different industries, both projects demonstrated how individual requirements can be translated into tailored learning solutions on the Totara platform.
This was followed by a compact deep dive into the Totara product roadmap, including an initial preview of upcoming AI features. It became clear just how dynamically the platform is evolving — and how essential close dialogue with customers is for this development.
For the interactive session, participants were divided into two groups. Together with representatives from Totara, they discussed future requirements, ideas, and feature requests.
The direct exchange generated valuable impulses that will feed directly into the ongoing development of the Totara platform — a great example of collaboration within the Totara community.
Of course, there was also time for informal conversations over coffee and cake. These moments are an essential part of any successful event, allowing participants to exchange experiences, challenges, and ideas in a relaxed setting.
The afternoon concluded with networking and many inspiring conversations — reinforcing the strong sense of community among Totara users.
