Sie berät L&D-Verantwortliche strategisch bei der Frage, wie ein Curriculum aufgebaut sein muss, damit es auch bei Zielgruppen ankommt, die nicht auf Anweisung teilnehmen. Ein aktueller Schwerpunkt ist der Einsatz von KI in der Content-Produktion, samt der Beurteilung, an welchen Stellen sie Qualität und Tempo verbessert. Sie schreibt über Konzeption und Didaktik, Videoproduktion, Softwaretraining, Führungskräfteentwicklung und den praktischen Einsatz von KI im Learning."
